Rest and Restore

A monthly Catholic virtual retreat that gently combines guided breathwork, Divine Office prayer, sacred silence, and nervous system restoration so you can experience deeper peace in both body and soul.

Come Rest. Release. Renew.
Sometimes it's not about becoming stronger — it is about becoming more receptive, more honest, and more free.
As the nervous system settles, prayer often becomes less strained, and stillness more accessible.
If you feel called to a retreat that supports healing in the body and peace in the soul, you are welcome here.

A Guided Reflection Journal for the Journey
A quiet companion to reflect on the retreat
Each participant will receive a guided reflection journal designed to support prayerful integration following the retreat. This journal is not meant to analyze or explain your experience — but to gently witness it. You’ll be invited to pause, notice, and reflect on what surfaced in your body, heart, and prayer. Some reflections may be simple. Others may remain wordless. Both are welcome. There is no expectation to share what you write. This is a private space between you and God.
What the Journal Includes
Guided scripture reading & reflection
Breathwork session instructions
Nervous System Restoration reflection
Space for general reflection, bodily awareness & prayerful noticing
Supplemental resources and prayers
The journal is offered as an invitation, not an obligation. You are free to use it as much or as little as feels right.
